DUMKA Incorporates Audience Participation in Concert @ Soyuzivka
This year Dumka performed at both of the Saturday outdoor concerts at the very well attended Ukrainian Festival. In commemorating the events of Maidan, Dumka included the song "Don't Sleep My Native Land", engaging the enthusiastic audience in singing the refrain.

DUMKA Welcomed Warmly at its First Saturday Evening Concert Appearance at Soyuzivka's Ukrainian Festival

As in many previous years the Dumka Chorus closed out the major events of the festival with a full concert at Veselka on Sunday. The well-received concert was all-Ukrainian, including many new musical numbers. But new for this year was the chorus' appearance at the beginning of the main Saturday evening outdoor concert. The chorus presented the welcoming and enthusiastic crowd a three-song program.
